In 2018, Vaidehi, along with 11 of her peers and a mentor, co-founded the C3D organisation, for the Career, and Character counselling for underprivileged children in Pune, India.

Volunteering as an art teacher the St. Michaels Orphanage for HIV infected children gave her the drive and vision she needed to co-found C3D. As the in-house artist, she designed the logo and marketing graphics, and was behind the execution of almost all artistic and creative events. She taught art classes and organised competitions and charity events.

C3D organised clean up drives in schools, held silent memorials for martyrs on Republic day.

Individually, Vaidehi also organised web safety drives in rural schools, which won her a nomination for the Google Webrangers Competition in 2016, where she represented India at the global summit at the Google HQ in Silicon Valley, CA.
